USA Shipping

All orders will be shipped via USPS or another courier, when necessary, at our discretion. A tracking number will be provided once your package has been shipped.

International (Factory Orders)

Due to the complexity of international shipping and customs processes, we are unable to provide estimates of potential import charges by country. Customers are encouraged to investigate and inquire with their local customs officials regarding import fees before placing an order.

We are unable to provide assistance with customs clearance. All import duties and any other charges related to the importation of products are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing or Stolen Packages & Incorrect Addresses

Mad Catz is not responsible for packages that go missing, are stolen, or are delivered to incorrect addresses due to mistakes in address formatting, incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, or any other errors made when placing the order.
